Description of the subject of the order: in relation to part No. 5, constitutes Annex No. 1E to the SWZ., in relation to part No. 6, constitutes Annex No. 1F to the SWZ., in relation to part No. 7, constitutes Annex No. 1G to the SWZ. Part No. 5 - Purchase and delivery of a 55” monitor - 1 pc. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the University of Opole. Part No. 5 - Purchase and delivery of a 55” monitor - 1 pc. 1.
