Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the District Hospital in Pruszków, with the possibility of submitting partial offers under the project entitled: Development of digital services, improvement of data security and integration of hospital systems in Independent Public Complex of Health Care Facilities in Pruszków as part of Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care, which is an element of component D Efficiency, availability and quality of the KPO health care system. 2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. The subject of the order in this part includes the supply of AIO computers, 16 pcs. The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are also included in Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
