Tender Details

1. The Ordering Party expects to award 2 larger orders and 4 smaller orders during the dynamic purchasing system. The awarding of orders will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party and the funds at its disposal, therefore the number of orders may change. 2. The Ordering Party estimates the total quantity of ordered equipment for: 1) Super Computer - 2 pcs. 2) AiO computers with operating system - 500 pcs. 3) PC computers with operating system - 1, 500 pcs. 4) Monitors - 2, 000 pcs. 5) Portable computers with operating system - 1, 000 pcs. 6) Tablets - 300 pcs. The Ordering Party informs that that the quantities indicated above constitute only an estimated quantity and, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, may change at the stage of awarding executive orders. 3. The Ordering Party performs subjective qualification of Contractors who have submitted applications for admission to DSZ, observing the deadlines and rules arising from Art. 320 Pzp. 4. After the first subjective qualification of Contractors and the establishment of the DSZ, Contractors not covered by the DSZ will have the opportunity to submit an application to participate in the DSZ throughout its validity period. 5. After opening applications on the originally scheduled date, subsequent applications will be opened There are no deadlines for submitting applications to participate in the DSZ. 6. Contractors may submit applications to participate in the DSZ also after the originally specified deadline.
