Task 1 - AIO computer Task 2 - A laptop computer Task 3 - Mini PC with monitor 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of computer equipment for the Silesian garrison under a framework agreement divided into tasks as follows: below: 1) Task 1 - AIO computer - number of pieces: 3000 2) Task 2 - Laptop computer - number of pieces: 500 3) Task 3 - Mini PC with monitor - number of pieces: 3000 2. The Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement for each task separately with a maximum of four (4) Contractors whose offers meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Public Procurement Law and will receive the highest number of points based on the offer evaluation criteria specified in Section X of the SWZ. If fewer offers are submitted, no subject to rejection, the Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement with all Contractors for a given task who meet all the requirements of the SWZ and the Public Procurement Law. If one non-rejectionable offer is received for a given task, the Ordering Party will conclude a framework agreement with one Contractor. 4. In Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party indicated the minimum technical parameters for devices and equipment. The contractor may offer devices and equipment with higher parameters. Offering devices and equipment that do not meet the minimum requirements requirements of the Ordering Party will result in rejection of the offer on the basis of art. 226 section 1 point 5) of the Act on Public Procurement, as not meeting the contract conditions. 5.
