Payment terms - transfer 30 days from the date of a correctly issued VAT invoice and delivery to the address correspondence: Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice 40-068 Katowice ul. Koszarowa 172. Delivery to the Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice 40-068 Katowice, ul. Koszarowa 14 warehouse no. 11 Between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. - delivery costs are covered by the supplier. About the delivery date please notify by e-mail or telephone 48 hours in advance3. The contractor is obliged to deliver the assortment by August 14, 2026.4. Warranty minimum 24 months.5. Compartments for the safe discharge of weapons are to be as described subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1, the offer should include information that the assortment is consistent with the description of the subject of the order and include a catalog card of the offered product on the purchasing platform as an attachment.6. Ordering party reserves the right to change the quantity of the offered assortment to a smaller or larger amount depending on the available financial resources.7. The ordering party may invalidate the contract award procedure at any stage of the procedure without giving a reason.8. Required placing a catalog card of the offered product.9.
