Description : TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Payment terms: Full payment per item for the Supply, Delivery and Installation, as specified in the approved plans.
2. No Change of Brand allowed.
3. Schedule of delivery is from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 8:00am to 5:00pm
4. WARRANTY COVERAGE: see specs above.
5. Shall be delivered and installed within Thirty (30) days after issuance of Purchase order.
6. Payment shall be made through ADA. Winning Bidder shall provide/ submit their Landbank (LDP) account number to the Procurement unit prior issuance of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Supplier is encouraged to submit/provide Landbank of the Philippines account number to facilitate payment.
