1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new van/minibus adapted to transport 7 to 8 people (including the driver's seat), with the possibility of transporting one person in a wheelchair after dismantling some of the seats in the rear part passenger space of the car. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order, in particular technical and operational parameters of the vehicle, required equipment, requirements regarding adapting the vehicle to transport a person using a wheelchair, the requirements regarding exhaust emissions in accordance with applicable regulations and standards and the conditions for the execution of the order were specified in: 1) description of the subject of the order - a.
