Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of: a brand new compact tractor with additional equipment in two stages, i.e.: STAGE I delivery of a compact tractor with equipment for summer road maintenance, i.e. a mower beaters and a sweeper; STAGE II delivery of equipment for winter road maintenance, i.e. a sand spreader and a snow plow (devices compatible with the proposed tractor). The tractor and accessories being the subject of the order must be new, free from physical and legal defects, they cannot third parties have rights to them, they cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security.
