3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of a brand new backhoe loader with accessories. The subject of the order must be brand new, complete, free from manufacturing and legal defects, equipped with all operating fluids and ready for immediate use. work. The subject of the order will be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party (ul. Rynek 1, 37-611 Cieszanów).
