Tender Details

The scope of the order includes the delivery of a brand new backhoe loader. The subject of the order must be brand new, complete, free from manufacturing and legal defects, equipped with all operating fluids and ready for immediate operation. Item the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party (ul. Jasielska 25, 38-230 Nowy Migrd). The vehicle must comply with applicable standards and regulations, and in particular it must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including technical conditions resulting from the Road Traffic Law together with the implementing provisions of this Act and comes from an authorized sales channel, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights. The contractor will organize training for persons as part of the subject of the order designated by the Ordering Party in the scope of operation, operation and maintenance of the device at the Ordering Party's premises. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Draft provisions of the Agreement.
