Tender Details

1. The subject of the order in accordance with the DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER is the delivery of a brand new backhoe loader; preferred production year 2026, free from defects, complete, ready for operation, with: full technical and operational documentation (DTR), user manual Polish language, warranty card, CE declaration of conformity, operator training. The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with the DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER (OPZ) and the Draft Agreement. The ordering party implements the subject of the contract from the funds of the Civil Protection and Defense Program Civil for the years 2025-2026 on the basis of a subsidy agreement. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the Employer's requirements for the implementation of the order are presented in the documentation constituting appendices to the SWZ.
