Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 1 piece of a brand new agricultural tractor with a rated power in the range of 140-145 HP, equipped with a factory front loader from the same manufacturer as the tractor, as well as startup, warranty, service and access to spare parts.2. The agricultural tractor offered must be brand new, unused, complete and manufactured in 2027.3. The year of production should be understood as the calendar year in which the production process of a given tractor unit was completed. The year of production must be confirmed by a document issued by the tractor manufacturer or another document from the manufacturer, enabling unambiguous identification of the vehicle and confirmation of its year of production. The Contractor is obliged to submit this document to the Ordering Party no later than on the day of receipt of the tractor. The model year or the year of first registration of the vehicle are not considered to be the year of production.3. The agricultural tractor must meet the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, resulting from the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws....
