Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of an aluminum inspection boat, cabin boat, platform boat, HDS winch and boat trailers. The place of delivery is the Regional Water Management Board in Warsaw (hereinafter: RZGW in Warsaw) at ul. Zarzecze 13B, 03-194 Warszawa. The Contractor grants the Ordering Party a 24-month quality guarantee and warranty for defects on the subject of the contract, counted from the date of writing the final acceptance protocol. Information about the subject of the order, scope of work related to the implementation of the order, conditions implementation of the contract specify, among others: - Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ: contract template; - Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ: description of the subject of the order; 2.3 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the proceedings in question if the measures which the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order in question will not be awarded to it. In the event of annulment pursuant to the above-mentioned stoppages, Contractors are not entitled to reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings.
