The subject of the order is delivery and implementation to the seat of the Brzenio Commune Office, ul. Wsplna 44: Part 1 of the subject of the order: Purchase of a backup system with implementation - a detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1a to SWZ. Warranty: minimum 36 months. Warranty for defects: the warranty period for defects ends after one month from the expiry of the warranty period. The Ordering Party requires that all products, software, as well as implementation services and technical assistance provided under Part 1 and Part 2 of the subject the orders met the highest cybersecurity standards, in accordance with the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws, item 1560, as amended) and the recommendations of the Government Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity. Offered solutions (in particular: servers, NAS devices, UPS, network management modules, backup software) must be free from known critical vulnerabilities and hidden functions (so-called backdoors) that would allow unauthorized interference in the environment ICT of the Ordering Party.
