1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a backhoe loader as part of the task: Purchase and retrofitting of special protection and storage bases with equipment necessary to carry out tasks in crisis situations, disasters, mass incidents, large-scale, violent atmospheric phenomena, CBRN threats and during war, ensuring the continuity of supplies of drinking water, energy and fuel in order to strengthen the population protection and civil defense system in the Wieliczka Commune. The task is co-financed from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026, under area 2 Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies. 2. The order includes the sale and delivery of a brand new backhoe loader, free from defects, intended for road/construction/earthworks. 2.1) Basic requirements: a) A brand new machine, manufactured no earlier than 2023, from mass production, not prototype or the first machine from a given series;b) The machine is approved for right-hand traffic on public roads;c) Diesel engine meeting EU standards;d) Minimum engine power: 110 HP;e) Maximum torque: min. 450 Nm;f) Emission standard s...
