Tender Details

Purchase from backhoe loader supplies. A detailed description is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - OPZ.1. Brand new vehicle, manufactured at least 2024, meeting the requirements of a vehicle approved for driving on public roads, in accordance with applicable regulations - Law on road traffic, 2. The main drive elements of the vehicle, i.e. engine, gearbox, drive axles manufactured by one manufacturer, 3. The backhoe loader must come from series production, it is not allowed to offer a vehicle from unit production and one that whose parameters have been changed to meet the requirements of these proceedings, 4. The contractor is obliged to provide a current CE certificate and an operating manual in Polish for the offered backhoe loader, 5. A contractor who is not a manufacturer must be an authorized representative of the vehicle manufacturer in Poland, which should be confirmed by an appropriate document at the time of signing and throughout the duration of the contract for the purchase, delivery and service of the subject of the order.
