Purchase and delivery along with configuration of server infrastructure for the Municipal Residential Buildings Authority 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery along with the configuration of server infrastructure for the Municipal Board of Residential Buildings in Tychy. 2.The supplies that are the subject of the order include: 2.1. Basic order (guaranteed), which includes the purchase and delivery along with the configuration of the server infrastructure, indicated in detail in the price offer form A, which can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2.2. An order covered by the option right, consisting in the purchase and delivery along with the configuration of the server infrastructure, indicated in detail in the price offer form B, which is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. With permission to application of the option right within the prescribed period (i.e. by December 31, 2027), the Ordering Party may exercise it at any time under the terms provided for in the contract template. 3. The detailed scope of the order and the Ordering Party's requirements are specified in the description of the item order, offer form and contract template, which constitute Annexes No. 1, 2 and 4 to the SWZ. 4. Additional requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order. 4.1. All works will be carried out at the Ordering Party's premises at ul. Filaretów 31 and at ul. Budowlanych 41.
