The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as part of the order of a brand new tractor not older than 2026. The offered tractor together with all standard and additional equipment must meet the requirements specified in the currently applicable law, in particular in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002, on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502)1.
