Purchase and delivery of an agricultural tractor under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program.1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused tractor, complete, technically efficient, ready for use and approved for road traffic in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The tractor will be intended to carry out municipal and transport tasks and activities related to civil protection, civil defense and response. in crisis situations. The offered tractor should be equipped with all the required elements and have complete technical documentation, an operating manual in Polish, documents necessary for registration and admission of the vehicle to traffic, as well as warranty and service documentation.
