Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: 1) delivery of a brand new, unused, defect-free agricultural tractor; 2) provision of a manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms, for a period of at least 48 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the order; 3) granting by The Contractor guarantees for a minimum period of 48 months from the date of receipt of the subject of the order; 4) training of the Ordering Party's representatives in service; 5) ensuring service for a period equal to the manufacturer's warranty period, in accordance with the Contractor's offer, 6) delivery tractor to location Ptnw 77A, 98-335 Ptnw. Delivery will take place on a business day, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., within 30 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract. As part of the delivery, the agricultural tractor will be delivered fully fueled and supplemented with other fuel operating fluids (ready for use).2. The contractor is obliged to include in the offer price the services / inspections required by the manufacturer, required to maintain the manufacturer's warranty (service support), in a maximum number of 5 (five).
