Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of aggregate as part of the ongoing maintenance of roads and the implementation of the Social Fund's tasks in 2026. The scope of the order includes: loading, weighing and transport of aggregate and its unloading by the contractor at the location indicated by the ordering party in the Ek Commune. At the request of the ordering party, the contractor is obliged to unload the aggregate in the place indicated by the ordering party. The delivered aggregate should be homogeneous, free from impurities and without clay admixtures. Aggregate deliveries are planned for p from Monday to Saturday from 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The ordering party will submit electronically, to the e-mail address provided by the contractor, the demand for aggregate delivery 1 day in advance. The contractor is obliged to have possession of the delivered aggregates declarations of performance for each fraction in accordance with currently applicable standards. The ordering party reserves the right to carry out inspection scales of vehicles on an attested scale, in a place designated by the ordering party.
