PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF A3 SIZE LASER COLOR COPIER WITH ELECTRONIC STAPLER (PLOTTER)
MEO, Loboc, Bohol
1. The Municipality of Loboc, Bohol, through the Municipal Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF A3 SIZE LASER COLOR COPIER WITH ELECTRONIC STAPLER (PLOTTER)/PB003-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Loboc, Bohol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
