Purchase and delivery of 8, 000 plate carrier bulletproof vests - framework agreement
410 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Limited tender, in accordance with Art. 140 Pzp is the mode of granting a contract in which, in response to a contract notice, all interested contractors may submit applications to participate in the procedure, and only contractors invited to submit offers may submit offers.
2. As a result of these proceedings, a contract will be concluded framework agreement on the basis of which implementing agreements will be concluded in accordance with Art. 422 Pzp, in accordance with the procedure specified in the draft provisions of the framework agreement.
3.Contractors bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer. The contractors undertake not to raise any claims in this respect against the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure.
4. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction referred to in Art. 227 of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The ordering party may invalidate the contract award procedure before its expiry deadline for submitting offers if circumstances occur that make further proceedings unjustified.
