Purchase and delivery of 3 All-in-One computers and 1 pcs. notebook with software as part of the task titled Extension of DP 4302E on the section from Wlek Jagielczyska DK S8 to the town of Krzemienica 4.1 The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 3 All-in-One computers and 1 notebook with software as part of the task entitled Extension of DP 4302E on the section from the Wlek Jagielczyska DK S8 junction to the town of Krzemienica. 4.2 The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a warranty for the subject of the order for the period indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, i.e. 36 On-Site months. 4.3 The principles of equivalence are included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified in the by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor attached to the offer a list of equivalent solutions along with their description or standards. 4.4 If the manufacturer's name, trademark, patent or origin in relation to specific materials, devices, etc. The Ordering Party requires that such an indication be treated as an example and allows the use of equivalent materials, devices, etc. with parameters not worse than those indicated in the execution of the order.
