Purchase and delivery of 23, 500 bulletproof helmets - framework agreement 1. The procedure is conducted as a restricted tender in the fields of defense and security pursuant to Art. 410 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. Limited tender, in accordance with Art. 140 Pzp is a contract award procedure in which, in response to the contract notice, all interested contractors may submit applications to participate in the procedure, and only contractors invited to submit offers may submit offers. 2.W As a result of this procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded, on the basis of which executive agreements will be concluded in accordance with Art. 422 Pzp, in accordance with the procedure specified in the draft provisions of the framework agreement. 3.Contractors are liable all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer.
