Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of 2 new delivery vehicles with a GVM of 3.5 t with self-unloading bodies. 2. All costs of executing the order, in particular costs incurred in connection with the production or purchase and transport of the delivery item, its handover to the Ordering Party, commissioning, training of the Ordering Party's staff as well as the costs of tests and checks carried out during acceptance at the place of delivery will be fully borne by the Contractor as part of the sales price. 3. The Contractor must offer 24 months warranty period for the delivered subject matter of the order, counted from the date of receipt of the order covered by these proceedings, and must undertake to repair any faults and defects free of charge during the warranty period. A detailed description of the scope of the quality guarantee has been provided included in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party will equal the warranty period with the period of the quality guarantee granted by the Contractor, provided that it cannot be shorter than the period indicated above. 4.
