Part 1 purchase of 1 piece of electric car, vehicle mechatronics workshop for the Technical and Branch School Complex in Brzesko3.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order and in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ Designed contractual provisions.3.5. The parameters of the subject of the order presented in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constitute the technical and qualitative minimum required by the Ordering Party. In the event that equipment is offered that does not meet the minimum parameters technical, operational, utility and quality aspects, specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, the Contractor's offer will be rejected. 3.6. Place of implementation (delivery): Technical and Branch School Complex in Brzesko, ul. Piastowska 2, 32-800 Brzesko. 3.7. Required warranty period: the minimum required basic warranty period for a complete vehicle is 36 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. The warranty period for defects in the delivered vehicle will be equal to the basic warranty period offered by Contractor.
