KWP Katowice invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of 165 sets of tracksuits (sweatshirt/jacket + trousers) VIKING Appendix No. 1 - INVITATION together with a description of the subject of the order. The unit price given should include all costs related to delivery. Estimated completion date: 30 calendar days from the date of signing the order/agreement. One-time delivery. Delivery should take place on business days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Delivery date must be notified within one day in advance. Payment must be made within 30 days of receiving a correctly issued VAT invoice. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order are borne by the Contractor. The Ordering Party expects the publication of a product catalog card in Polish - on stage of submitting offers as an attachment to the procedure - SEPARATELY FOR EACH CATALOG NUMBERS. At the same time, the Ordering Party requires the submission (in the form of a scan) of a declaration constituting Annex No. 2 under pain of invalidity and its attachment - in the form of an attachment - catalog cards or product cards to the offer. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order are borne by the Contractor. We reserve the right to withdraw from the order/sign the contract without giving a reason.
