Część 1: Zakup 1 szt. ambulansu Część 2: Zakup 1 szt. ambulansu Part 3: Purchase of 1 4x4 ambulance Part 4: Purchase of 1 4x4 ambulance The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 4 brand new items, free from physical defects legal, not used for demonstration purposes of specialized cars, i.e. type "C" emergency ambulances for WSPR in Rzeszów. Base vehicles with a production date no earlier than 2026. Each ambulance offered must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the vehicle manufacturer's warranty, meeting the requirements of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 180) and the currently applicable standard PN-EN 1789 or an equivalent standard. Delivered ambulances must have current "Vehicle Type Approval Certificates", the validity of which must be sufficient for the Ordering Party to complete the registration formalities. In addition, medical equipment and supplies provided with the ambulances (if applies) must have documents confirming its marketing and use in Poland and be consistent with and meet the requirements specified in the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1222). 2.
