1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 pieces of brand new type C ambulances with additional equipment, including medical equipment and a stretcher with an electric support system for lifting, lowering and unloading. CPV Common Dictionary: 34114121-3, 33192160-1, 33182100-0. 2. The ambulance must meet the requirements of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1053, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the conditions technical specifications of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502) and applicable standards: PN-EN 1789 or equivalent for means of road transport and PN-EN 1865 or equivalent for transfer devices - patient transport used in road ambulances and confirmed by a certificate of conformity issued by an independent research unit. 3. The subject of the order is the delivery of ambulances with additional equipment - 3 pieces, along with the delivery of medical equipment to transport with an electric-hydraulic stretcher with a mounting system in the ambulance - 3 pcs. and appropriate training of the Ordering Party's employees. 4. The subject of the order must be free from physical and legal defects, brand new, unused before by third parties or used as an item for demonstration purposes. 5. The contractor provides the ordering party with a warranty for a period of 24 months for ambulances with their bodies, medical equipment and stretchers...
