Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of a type C emergency ambulance adapted to transport a maximum of one patient on a stretcher and a three-person specialist/basic medical rescue team (it can be used as a type C ambulance S or P in accordance with the National Health Fund guidelines). The ambulance must meet the requirements of the current PN/EN 1789 standard regarding type C ambulances or equivalent standards.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ description of the subject of the order.3. Subject i the conditions for the implementation of this order should be in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices and the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017 on medical devices or the Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (where applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this regard. The offered vehicle and equipment must have a declaration CE.4 compliance.
