1. General information The subject of the order includes the basic scope and the optional scope defined in point. 2 below and in point 4.2.9) Notices. Basic scope of the Subject of the Order. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a maximum of 45 computers stationary All In One type, functional, unused, brand new, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channel, with parameters consistent with the description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, i.e. Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement, which is also an Appendix No. 7 to SWZ.2. Information about options (Option Right): Optional scope of the Subject of the Order (Option Right): Pursuant to Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party intends to exercise the Option Right when implementing the subject of the order. Within the optional scope (v if the Ordering Party activates the reserved Option Right in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement), the Contractor will be obliged to: purchase and deliver a maximum of 45 All In One desktop computers compliant with OPZ, and therefore orders executed under the option will be identical to the description of the subject of the basic order.
