Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF AIR-CONDITINING SYSTEMS
1. The Barangay Government of Bagting, in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija, through the Supplemental Budget, 2023, intends to apply the sum of eighty thousand pesos only (80, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) and is duly approved by the respective Sanggunian, to payments under the contract for the procurement project, Purchase of Air-conditioning Systems this barangay, with the following specifications, to wit:

Split-type Air-conditioning systems 1.5 HP, inverter 2 units
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Bagting now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is seven (7) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
