Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of brand new equipment with parameters specified in the Technical Specification Form constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, including: Agricultural tractor 1 pc. Trailer 1 pc. Self-loading sand spreader 1 pc. Spreading pug 1 pc. The offered equipment must be integrated in terms of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical functions in order to ensure proper their cooperation. The equipment must meet the requirements of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law and implementing acts, including the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions of vehicles (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended) and on the registration and marking of vehicles (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1709). The Ordering Party requested that the Contractor submit the following pieces of evidence together with the offer: A completed technical specification form constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ together with an indication of an authorized service point within a distance of 60 km from the Ordering Party's registered office.
