Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an agricultural tractor. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of required order parameters are specified in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. 2. On the date of delivery of the tractor, instructions for operation and maintenance of the tractor and equipment must be provided and equipment installed in the tractor in Polish, warranty books for the tractor and equipment, approval certificate and a set of documents necessary to register the tractor.3. The contractor will deliver the agricultural tractor to the ordering party's premises at its location cost.4. The offered tractor must be brand new, and the Ordering Party allows for the delivery of a new tractor, registered in Poland with the year of production from 2024 inclusive.5. The detailed scope of required order parameters is specified in Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ. Ordering party will check the technical parameters of the offered subject of the contract on the basis of the documents submitted with the offer (Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ) and the official technical specifications of its manufacturer.
