PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL AND MARINE SUPPLIES TO SUPPORT THE AFFECTED FARMERS OF THE EL NINO PHENOMENON.

1. The City of Bacolod, through the 2024 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos [P 1, 650, 000.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Agricultural and Marine Supplies to support the affected farmers of the El Nino Phenomenon with PR # BAC-PB-24-05-0099. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Commitee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
