Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase of AED defibrillators and tactical first aid kits (under OLiOC). 1. The Buyer orders and the Seller undertakes to sell to the Buyer 84 AED defibrillators and 91 tactical first aid kits along with medical equipment, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract.2. The seller undertakes to deliver subject of the contract, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract.3. The Seller will deliver the subject of the contract at his own expense and risk to the Buyer's registered office at ul. Grochowska 274 in Warsaw.4. The Seller guarantees that the delivered AED defibrillators and tactical first aid kits:1) are unused, brand new, free from physical and legal defects and damage, they have no rights to third parties and are not the subject of any proceedings or obligations; 2) they meet the requirements of generally applicable standards and are approved for trading and use in Poland in accordance with applicable regulations. 5. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with certificates, approvals (as for medical devices), operating instructions in Polish, etc., documents confirming the fulfillment of the requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the contract, by notifications...
