Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase of additional kindergarten equipment and devices for sensory activities for Public Kindergarten No. 1 in Kowary, ul. Sienkiewicza 9 (including delivery and assembly (where indicated) - new, unused and in accordance with the regulations in force in Polish standards and regulations, equipment, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order. 2. The delivery item must be delivered in a complete, brand new condition, free from defects. In the event of damage or shortages in delivery, the Contractor undertakes to promptly replacement at your own expense.3. The detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, presents the minimum requirements for the ordered equipment. It is permissible to propose equivalent products - the offer is equivalent to an item with the same properties or higher technical, quality and functional parameters, meeting the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. In such a case, the Contractor is obliged to present, together with the offer, a detailed specification in which it will be clear to the Ordering Party that the offered assortment has the same parameters...
