A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular it has not served as item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It has also not been previously reconditioned. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). Labeling of the delivered materials, instructions for use, product descriptions, and labels (original) must be prepared in Polish. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the SWZ.
