The subject of the order is the purchase of accessories and equipment for medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. List of Parts subject to the order: Part 1. Accessories for LifePak 15 defibrillators, Part 2. Accessoriesaccessories for Zoll defibrillators, Part 3. Accessories for Medumat ventilators and Corpuls devices, Part 4. Accessories for Pneupac ventilators, Part 5. Accessories for Lucas devices

Part 6. Batteries and mount for electric suction devices, Part 7. Extension cables and SpO2 sensors, Part 8. Portable pulsoximeters with sensors.

The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular it was not used as an item for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It has also not been previously reconditioned. Oferowamedical devices covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Partyand in SWZ. All requirements specified in the procedure documents are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
