A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 2 to this Specification of Order Terms. The subject of the order is free from physical defects and legal, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular not intended for demonstration purposes, and of good quality. It was also not previously reconditioned. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in this SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the entire given part(s) selected by him/her, including all items of a given part. All requirements specified in the documents proceedings constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
