Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to provide the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) with access to the IT system already existing on the market for connecting entrepreneurs, institutions and other entities of the business ecosystem. The system is supposed to available in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model, which includes full availability of platform functionalities without the need for local installation on the Ordering Party's side. The order includes in particular: provision of a working IT system, ensuring continuous IT system provision of technical support ensuring system availability The implementation of the order is aimed at providing PARP with a tool supporting the development of entrepreneurship by enabling effective establishment of business contacts, exchange information and building relationships between participants of the economic ecosystem and will be financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for 2021-2028. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ) can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
