Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to grant a license authorizing the use of a legal information system containing databases of legal acts, judgments, comments and other tools. The system is available online via the Internet, 360 degrees simultaneous users, of which: 1) 300 simultaneous accesses will be carried out using the IP addresses indicated by the Ordering Party; 2) 60 parallel registered accesses will be carried out using the login and passwords provided to the addresses indicated by the Ordering Party's e-mail addresses, made available to the Ordering Party through the administration panel, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ.2. The subject of the Agreement must be performed in accordance with draft Agreement, including OPZ and the Contractor's offers.3. The basic scope of the subject matter of the Agreement includes granting the licenses referred to in section 1, within the time limit specified in section 2. 1 of the draft Agreement.4. The scope of the subject matter of the Agreement covered by the renewal, as well as the rules launch of the resumption, were regulated in section 3 of the draft Agreement.
