The public procurement is organized on the basis of Order No. 119 of the Government of the Republic of 14.04.2022 as a mandatory central procurement. The framework contract concluded as a result of the public procurement extends to all state institutions listed in the said order and, in addition, to legal entities that have authorized the State Information and Communication Technology Center to organize public procurement for themselves (joint procurers). / Grounds for elimination and qualification conditions: See the basic procurement documents The framework contract is concluded with one provider. Based on the framework agreement, it is possible to buy or rent printers, order a full maintenance service and others additional services. The prices are fixed with the possibility of their indexation for the entire period of validity of the framework agreement. The expected cost of the framework contract has been determined with some margin, taking into account the costs of previous acquisitions.
