RE-INVITATION TO BID FOR
“PURCHASE OF 9 UNITS AIRCONDITIONER”
1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (P 458, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2026-067. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for 8 units 2.0HP-Split Type Inverter ACU and 1 unit 1.5HP-Split Type Inverter ACU (inclusive of basic installation). Delivery of the goods is required within 21 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
