Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of one car (vehicle) in the 9-seater version for the Economic School Complex in Starogard Gdaski. The vehicle and its equipment should be brand new, without any signs of use, year of production 2025 or 2026 in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. The subject of the order includes: - Purchase and delivery of one vehicle in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Annex No. 5 (OPZ in short) to the SWZ; - supply of complete documentation in accordance with requirements specified in the OPZ and below; - checking the compliance of the vehicle with the contract, the quality of workmanship, the functioning of the car, the quantitative compliance of the equipment and the required documentation; The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish regulations road traffic, i.e. the Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) along with the implementing provisions to the Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended).
