Purchase of 6 pieces of SAN switches with warranty and technical support (Numbering according to SWZ) 4.1 The subject of the order is the purchase of 6 pieces of SAN network switches along with warranty and technical support. 4.2 Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template, Annex 5 to the SWZ. 4.3 The Ordering Party does not plan to submit variant offers The Ordering Party allows for the execution of the order in question by the Contractor using subcontractors, which he is obliged to indicate in section D of Part II of your own European Single Procurement Document (SPD) form. 15 HOW TO SUBMIT OFFERS The offer consists of the following documents: 15.1 Offer form - prepared according to the template - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ (signed with a qualified electronic signature); 15.2.
