The purchase of purchasing is 20 new passenger wagons, or the purchase of five (5) wagons with four passenger wagons (wagons), namely: 1. Wagon composition of 4 passenger wagons, which must include the capacities below in two equal compositions:  space for Disabled people with at least 3 places  Bicycle space with at least 12 places  Buffet bistro with seating area (kitchen, countertop, dining room - tables with seats and separate seats with seats 1. (AR) or class in the same wagon)  seats 1 . Class of 25 seats +/- 6 seats  2nd grade seats 200 seats +/- 8 seats  space for info point 1 space 2.
