Tender Details

The subject of the order is the supply of anesthesia machines - a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ / Annex No. 1 to the contract - assortment and price form/opz, on the terms specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The contractor undertakes to within the scope of the order (among others) to: 1) Deliver, install and start up the equipment at your own expense and with your own efforts. 2) Provide the Ordering Party with detailed operating instructions and rules for maintaining the equipment, warranty cards in Polish. 3) Train the Ordering Party's staff in the scope service and operation at the Ordering Party's premises, in the number indicated by the Ordering Party after agreeing the date with the Ordering Party, before signing the final acceptance protocol.4) Performance during the warranty period: warranty service and periodic inspections (in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's guidelines in this regard), without charging any separate fees for this purpose.5) The Ordering Party has the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of failure to complete within the deadline specified in the notice.6) Other requirements described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ.
