PURCHASE OF 3 UNITS LAPTOP FOR ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (EMR) (ICLINICSYS & EKONSULTA PACKAGE) REBID

(BDG-2024-03R)

1. The Local Government Unit of Sta. Fe, through the PHILHEALTH-MCP (TRUST FUND) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php180, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF 3 UNITS LAPTOP FOR ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (EMR) (ICLINCSYS & EKONSULTA PACKAGE) REBID (BDG-2024-03R). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Sta. Fe now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 (Thirty) Days. Bidders should have completed, within 15 (Fifteen) Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
